Board Meeting Minutes
September 20th 2008
The Village Board met on Saturday September 20th, 2008 for a special session. After Mayor Carter called the meeting to order the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. Members present were Mayor Carter, R. Rhodes, T. Burke, J. Caudle B. Carter, J. Bukantos and Clerk Oldridge.
Motion to go into Executive Session at 9:00 am by R. Rhodes
Open Meeting Continuation
Motion to rehire Larry Belford on a temporary part time basis at rate of $12.00 per hour by T. Burke. Second by J. Caudle. Motion passed 5-0.
Motion to hire John Bess Jr. as a temporary part time employee at the rate of $11.00 per hour by T. Burke. Second by B. Carter. Motion passed 5-0.
Motion to retain Don Belford as part time Zoning Administrator for the amount of $150.00 per month by T. Burke. Second by R. Rhodes. Motion passed 5-0.
Motion to adjourn at 9:17 am by R. Rhodes.
